Corinne C. Sherton PC provides legal assistance statewide to public and private clients on major and minor land development projects and other matters involving compliance with Oregon land use law, local comprehensive plans, zoning regulations, and other environmental regulations.

This law firm represents applicants and other participants in proceedings involving appellate land use litigation as well as applications for land use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, zone changes, and other regulatory clearances. We work closely with government counsel, private general practitioners, planners, architects, consultants, engineers, surveyors, and other land use professionals.

This firm has extensive experience with Oregon’s comprehensive land use planning laws, goals, and rules in projects ranging from minor land divisions to industrial parks and destination resorts. Firm attorneys have served as special counsel, referees, or hearings officials for a variety of state and local agencies including the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals.
